Case #1
Patient presented with chipped, decayed and discolored front teeth. The remedy was four all-ceramic (Empress) crowns and bonding on adjacent teeth at our Schenectady-area office.

Case #2
Patient came to our cosmetic dentist with chipped, decayed front teeth with failing bonding. Fillings were replaced with four all-ceramic (Empress) crowns and bonding on adjacent teeth.

Case #3
Patient presented with gummy smile, old crowns, and discolored teeth. They were irregular in shape and unsymmetrical. Treatment involved laser recontouring of gum tissue, better height and width ratios and five all-ceramic (Empress) crowns.

Case #4
Patient had failing Procera crowns and failed bonding. Treatment involved replacement of these crowns with all-ceramic (Empress) crowns and replacement of bonding of adjacent teeth. This is a work in progress with more all-ceramic crowns and veneers scheduled.

Case #5
Patient had anterior cross bite with crooked, worn front teeth and fragile enamel. Treatment involved removal of right lateral incisor followed by a bone graft to preserve ridge thickness and bone level of adjacent teeth. This was replaced by a four-unit captek bridge.

Case #6
Patient presented with off-color crowns, failed bonding and discolored teeth. Treatment involved four all-ceramic (Empress) crowns. Further work is scheduled with our Schenectady-area cosmetic dentist to replace other old discolored metal crowns.

Case #7
Patient presented with chipped, multicolored, and heavily restored front teeth. Treatment involved four all-ceramic (Empress) crowns.

Case #8
Patient presented with old decayed crowns with chipped and irregular bonding. Treatment involved reshaping the canines, replacing the bonding on the upper right lateral incisor and three all-ceramic (Empress) crowns splinted together to maximize strength due to shortened roots and root canal therapy.
